We have been required to pass literally hundreds of quizzes (written, labs, and in the field) and many national and state exams within several industries to attain multiple Certifications.

We joined InterNACHI.  With so many home and commercial inspector associations, one may ask why we chose InterNACHI.  Read below to see how high their standards are and why we are proud to be InterNACHI Certified Home and Commercial Inspectors.  Other home inspection associations have no entrance requirements, and worse, encourage their so-called associates to go out and perform actual inspections for unsuspecting consumers as the only way to achieve full membership.  InterNACHI finds this practice unconscionable.  InterNACHI turns down more than 60% of the inspectors who want to join InterNACHI because they can't pass their Inspectors Exam, and they turn down 90% of those left because they can't fulfill their entrance requirements.
